For over 25 years, Mr. Aaron Tsai has been involved in the finance and investment sector. As CEO and Chief Capitalist of MAS Venture Capital Inc., Tsai has innovated MAS Venture Capital Web in China, within the internet and mobile-based financial O2O investment banking arena.

Mr. Tsai founded MAS Capital in 1995, which went on to provide IPO & Reverse Merger advisory services to over 30 companies in the USA, China, Taiwan, Canada, and Latin America.

At MAS Capital, Tsai advises firms in both the U.S and China on their transition from private to publicly-traded. Zhejiang MAS Capital State Enterprise Asset Management Co., Ltd. was formed in 2015 in Hangzhou with registered capital of RMB100 million, and Fujian MAS Capital State Enterprise Asset Management Co., Ltd. was formed in January 2016 in Fuzhou with registered capital of RMB50 million.

Mr. Tsai has consulted on PE fund-raising, cross-border trades and M&As, and P2P (internet finance). He has also provided O2O transformation consulting.

Mr. Tsai attended the NYU Leonard N. Stern School of Business from 1988 to 1990.
