Mr. Colton Babcock has provided representation, advice, and counsel to clients in the private sector and in government for many years. He looks for innovative solutions to legal challenges, striving for results that achieve his clients’ interests.
Serving as City Attorney for the City of Loveland, Colorado, Mr. Babcock gained expertise and knowledge in employment law, land use, electric utility regulation and law, environmental regulation and law, local ordinances and codes, lobbying, and more. He was instrumental in growing the city’s arts community.
Mr. Babcock has been a real estate broker, director of a performing arts center, and contractor, bringing that experience into his practice of law.
He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a Law Degree, both from the University of Colorado. In addition, he received a diploma from the University of Colorado at Denver, Center for Public Policy, Rocky Mountain Program for senior public policy makers in Colorado. Mr. Babcock has received awards for his work as City Attorney for the City of Loveland.
He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Larimer County Bar Association, USA.
