Mr. Jawdat Hage is an independent consultant executive for the infrastructure, energy and power, and M&A sectors of Cadbridge Corporation®, where his proven track record in infrastructure, energy, power, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), operations, project and executive management, and business development supports the core values of Cadbridge Corporation®.
Mr. Hage has seventeen years of experience in the infrastructure and energy industries, including twelve years in private equity and venture capital environments. Prior to joining Tecumseh Energy Services(TES) as Vice President – Development, Mr. Hage was vice president of M&A at Renewrgy Corp. where he directed and managed all acquisitions and developments activities.
Throughout his career, Mr. Hage has held management positions and his demonstrated experience is in developing, acquiring, financing and managing international infrastructure projects.
Mr. Hage has been actively involved in identifying and developing new applications for concentrated solar power technologies and project opportunities in other types of renewable and alternative sources of energy.
Mr. Hage has international experience covering North America, Europe, North Africa and the Middle East.
Mr. Hage holds a post-MBA from MIT, an MBA from the Sorbonne University and a Bachelors of Architecture from the Lebanese American University.
